Rick Thornton was born in Seattle, WA and grew up in Portland Oregon attending University of Oregon in Eugene as a Finance Major.  In 1985 he moved to San Diego and started Cal-Prop Management and in 2006 started Azure Pacific Properties.  Rick is currently running Cal-Prop, assisting in Asset Management in 1031 Exchanges for portfolio clients, overseeing the Azure sales team and developing properties in San Diego and Costa Rica.

Linda Hamp is a California native with over 8 years of experience in selling coastal residential real estate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in La Jolla.   She partnered with an agent there with a sales record as a top producer and associate Vice President of Coldwell Banker in La Jolla for over 24 years.  She helped their clients find homes, land, town homes, and condominiums in all areas of San Diego County including Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Coronado, Carlsbad, Carmel Valley, Rancho Bernardo, Chula Vista, La Mesa, San Marcos, Point Loma, Encinitas, and of course, La Jolla.  With these years of experience, she prides herself on knowing what the beach community client finds most important. 

Having owned and lived on the San Diego coast for many years herself, she has the connections and answers to many questions her clients may have regarding owning coastal property.  She has a large sphere of contacts in every field from housekeepers to handymen.  She has completed several certifications including Cendant Mobility Affinity Relocation specialist, Property Management specialist, and Fair Housing Association specialist.  She is able to assist her clients with all aspects of their move, including finding reputable packers, movers, and interim rentals.

Jasmine Kung has been a proud San Diegan for over 19 years.  Her education includes La Jolla Country Day followed by the Marshall School of Business at USC.  Her experience includes many realms related to real estate including Environmental Impact Statements and Reports, Interior Design for International Hotels, Coaching Southern California Realtors, and working for one of Los Angeles most prestigious commercial real estate firms, The Hertz Group.  Jasmine currently handles real estate investment sales representation in San Diego, Los Angeles, and beyond.
